2.1 Account & Billing Information

• Name, email address, and password when you register an account.
• Billing information (credit/debit card details, billing address) collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2.2 Usage & Platform Data

• AI credit consumption records: timestamp, feature used, credits deducted.
• Chatbot interaction logs: message metadata, conversation IDs, response outcomes. These logs are retained for service provision, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.
• Content you upload or provide (persona details, images, videos) processed solely to deliver the Service.
• Platform analytics: pages visited, features accessed, session duration, device/browser type, IP address.

2.3 Communications

• Emails or messages you send to our support team.
• Records of any coaching or onboarding sessions you attend.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery — to provide, operate, and maintain the Augustus platform.
• Billing & payments — to process subscription charges and manage renewals.
• Usage tracking — to accurately record AI credit consumption and chatbot usage for billing integrity and dispute resolution.
• Fraud prevention & legal compliance — to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, and abuse, including submission of usage logs in financial dispute proceedings.
• Customer support — to respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Product improvement — to analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns. We do not use your specific content to train AI models.
• Legal obligations — to comply with applicable laws, court orders, and regulatory requirements.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• AI model providers — your content inputs are processed by third-party AI APIs (e.g., image/video generation services) solely to generate your requested outputs. We select providers who maintain appropriate data protections.
• Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, database, and CDN services under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal & regulatory authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect Company's legal rights, including in chargeback and fraud disputes.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for a period of 5 years after account closure to comply with financial recordkeeping obligations and to defend against potential legal claims. Usage logs (credit consumption, chatbot interactions) are retained for a minimum of 3 years. You may request deletion of your personal data subject to the exceptions below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Note that we may be legally required to retain certain data (e.g., transaction records) even after a deletion request.
